Tracy Story is a Certified and Registered Yoga instructor. In 2000, Tracy felt God calling her to minister to women in a way that incorporated their heart, mind, soul, and strength (body). Over the last six years, she has sought out a variety of avenues to pursue her calling which has lead her to where she is today. God’s timing is everything. In October 2006, Tracy started training to become a life coach. A fellow classmate introduced her to Holy Yoga, and she started the teacher training in November 2006. The practice of Holy Yoga has changed her life. She now treasures this personal, intimate time of praise and worship with her Creator. God does not intend for us to be fragmented beings, and her practice has helped her worship God more fully. The benefits of Holy Yoga are numerous and amazing. After finishing the teacher training, Tracy knew in her heart that this is what God had called her to. She loves ministering to others through Holy Yoga and enjoys seeing them grow in their connection to Christ in body, mind, and spirit.
