God has blessed me with my beautiful daughter and my humble husband. He has clearly led me through life, calling me over and over again into places of worship and truth. I found Holy Yoga just as I was being led into one of those places. Just as I was realizing that I needed more from yoga than the practice itself (but was frustrated by the spiritual direction in secular yoga) my church bulletin advertised a HOLY yoga class starting later that month.

I have encountered God both in my Holy Yoga teacher training and in actually teaching my classes. My heart's desire in every class I teach is to be used to uncover where God is in people's lives. I long to serve by sinking into the background, allowing Jesus to take center stage. I love to see how God speaks to every person in the room and revealing His deep desire to meet their every need.
