Andre Daley is the lead pastor of Mosaic Life church. He has been practicing yoga for four and a half years. Initially Andre was looking to find relief from chronic lower back pain (caused by scoliosis). After some initial frustration he discovered that practicing yoga relieved his back pain and he is now virtually pain free. Andre also experienced two unanticipated benefits, weight loss of 40 pounds and a greater spiritual openness, and centered mind and spirit. This cultivated a deeper and more prayerful mind, body and spirit connection with God. Andre teaches yoga in the hopes that others will find a similar mind body and spirit connection with God through yoga a as prayerful spiritual practice.

Andre has completed Yoga Fit Level 1 training and is a certified Holy Yoga teacher and RYT - 200 registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. He has also taken yoga workshops with master Iyengar yoga teacher Mary Reilly and Ashtanga teacher Dave Swenson.
